Air-NG burner suitable to be adopted in kiln for bricks production and having the following features:
1. Suitable to be operated with approximately 500°C
air temperature (at burner inlet)
2. Suitable to be operated with Lambda up to 4.0
(L= 21%O2/ (21%O2-meas.%O2)
3. Firing rate maximum 150 kW approx
4. Low NOx generation
5. Stable flame detection via electrode
(for firing zones where it is needed)
6. Suitable to be used also with cold air during kiln
start up
7. Hydrogen ready
