CENTRALISED GRINDING EQUIPMENT

The plant proposed by Alpina Neptune in the Carbojet System and Turbojet System versions, includes a group of grinding and ensilage of coal or Pet Coke, a system of screw conveyors of the micronized product, a silage system, and finally the implant actual combustion consists of a series of electronically controlled burners. The special configuration of the grinding system proposed by ANEPL, with the use of a special static or dynamic separator according to the requirements, of a bag filter and of the extraction fan for the transport of the powder through the filter, allows a perfect dosage of the granulometry range. In fact, a fan rotation management inverter guarantees a variation of the depression along the separator with consequent variation in the particle size, so as to adapt it to the needs of combustion. The transport of the powder, from the collecting tank below the filter, by means of mechanical augers, eliminates any spillage of coal dust into the external environment, since the system operates at ambient pressure.
