Solid Burning equipment for following types of brick kiln:
The system can guarantee a perfect controlled fuel/air ratio, and a micronised dimension of the fuel particles. Multijet burner type with perfectly controlled grain size. There is no other system which manages to define and control the level of particle size of the solid fuel (it is well known that a smaller particle size ensures a better and immediate combustion), the temperature inside the kiln with regard to each burner, the flow rate of the air / coal mixture of each feeding pipe, the ratio of coal / air of each feeding pipe.
The burner is equipped with a control system of the pulverized coal and air amount for each feeder, so as to give an optimal fuel / air ratio, in addition to the required amount of air-fuel mixture with regard to each feeder according to the need in the feeder working area.
Special features of the firing installation are:
Control on each feeder of the quantity of fuel and the fuel / comburant ratio. It’s the most sophisticated combustion system of solid products for the heavy clay industry existing worldwide on the market. It is the only installation which not only is similar to the most advanced gas combustion systems but it is the only system that is able to give a perfect adjustment in the working area of each burner. Moreover, this system beyond a perfect adjustment of coal / air ratio of each feeding pipe, it is able to offer a perfect adjustment of the coal-air mixture quantity of each feeding pipe.
The MULTIJET T group can also be equipped with a gas turbine system (please refer to Alpina gas burners) so it becomes a Bifuel combustion system type which means that the installation can operate alternately as a solid fuel system, or gas, or in variable proportion gas / coal dust. The machine is composed of a structure containing a tank of xxxm3, and a base with a number of openings equivalent to the number of feeding fire openings of the burner. On the structure are applied dosing systems and dust transportation toward each venturi pipe, the fan for air conveying and combustion, the motorization. A single motor drives the rotation of each auger which are at the service of each feeding pipe. The adjustment of the quantity of fuel per rod is done manually by means of the calibration of the dosing system relevant to each rod. The adjustment of air quantity for each rod happens by adjusting the corresponding valve. Each burner is equipped with an overflow sensor (which intervenes with the closing of the inlet valve), control panel, temperature detection thermocouple.
Starting from the base of electromultijet, specifically designed for the feeding of solid fuel with fully automatic adjustment, ALPINA SUPERTEC CARBOGAS has been configured for the use of gaseous fuel. It is therefore a bifuel machine with the peculiar feature of being able to use either only solid fuel or only gaseous fuel or a mixture of the two of them to have the best performance in terms of thermal power transferred to the firing process. ALPINA SUPERTEC CARBOGAS provides that for each firing point the amount of solid fuel, gaseous fuel and air, which are introduced to get the mixture, can be precisely and separately adjusted. The heart of the machine is the fuel injection lance: in its inside the mixture of air + solid fuel + gaseous fuel is made in stoichiometric ratios acts to obtain the maximum performance of the combustion process.

It is therefore a bifuel machine with the peculiar feature of being able to use either solid fuel or only liquid fuel or a mixture of the two of them to have the best performance in terms of thermal power transferred to the firing process.ALPINA SUPERTEC CARBOIL provides that for each firing point the amount of solid fuel, liquid fuel and air, which are introduced to get the mixture, can be precisely and separately adjusted. The heart of the machine is the fuel injection lance: in its inside the mixture of air + solid fuel + liquid fuel is made in stoichiometric ratios acts to obtain the maximum performance of the combustion process. Nowadays it is the most sophisticated machine on the worldwide market; feeding of dust coal on both sides of the burner. It has the same arrangement of gas burners.
Each feeding pipe is controlled by an independent motor assisted by an inverter; onsequently the quantity dosage of fuel to each pipe is fixed by the operator acting on the console of the control panel. Similarly a valve for each rpipe allows the adjustment of the air amount. This machine is equivalent to the most sophisticated systems of gas combustion.
