SOLID FUEL BURNERS

FOR TUNNEL KILN: it is  required a burner that can guarantee a controlled fuel / air ratio for each feed nozzle, a good size with a constant particle size of less than 1 micron of the fuel; it does not need to be manageable. it is the most sophisticated solid fuel burner in the world, The production of the coal powder according to a well determined and constant granulomentry is performed upstream of the combustion plant.  The Multijet system is the only one on the mondial panorama that can satisfy all the parameters required by an efficient combustion similar to that obtained from the gas:

• Perfect control of a constant and very fine grain size
• Mechanical transport of coal dust
• Autonomy of each power supply based on the specific temperature set
• Absolute absence of vibrations on the oven
• Air / fuel controlled ratio on each of the injectors independent of the ratio set on the other injectors.

Combustion similar to that obtained with the use of gas as fuel. Itr can also be proposed in Hybrid form (Coal / gas or Coal / heavy oil). 

FOR STATIC KILN: it is required a burner that can guarantee a controlled fuel/air ratio, a good size of the fuel and above all that to be easy to handle. Basically the machine has to be not too cumbersome and heavy. We suggest using burners "self grinding" type having a small mill of built-in grinding. The grain size will be good but not perfectly controllable. It depends essentially on the wear and tear of the mill hammers over time. We could supply one machine for local industrial test before purchasing.
